Sales Representative:

Location: Shenyang, Chongqing, Chengdu, Shanghai, and Haerbin

Main tasks:

· Detailed technical explanation of molecular biology research tools and reagents
· Intensive argumentation in favour of Eppendorf products
· Identification of potential clients
· Demonstration of molecular biology research reagents and tools at clients laboratories
· Cooperation with Eppendorf marketing partners in China
· Enhance sales of Eppendorf products in China
· Further tasks on request

Qualification / Additional Requirements:

· University degree in natural science preferably in molecular biology, medical or pharmaceutical
· 3 years sales experience
· 2 years research laboratory experience
· Fluent in English oral and writing
· Strong communication skills
· Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel)
· Willingness to travel


Technical Service Engineer, Shanghai

Main tasks:

· Responsible for technical product installation, modification and enhancement in accordance with customer specification.
· To provide quality technical support to ensure that customers and salesmen receive accurate advice on product use, guidance on product selection, and resolution of technical complaints.
· Troubleshoot among a wide range of technical problems and issues, determine technical solution and repair with the quickest speed.
· Handles product-related problems with customers as required, may test products to resolve customer problems.
· Responsible for basic operation training on client premises.
· May liaise with application specialist/other engineers to make report and correct faults, make solution to improve product quality.
· Able and willing to travel extensively to cover our distributed instrument base throughout East China up to 10-15 days per month.

Qualification / Additional Requirements:

· Deploma degree or above major in: Mechanism, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry; Bachelor will be more prefer.
· At least 3 years working experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or instrument service. Experienced in Biotech & large corporation is welcome.
· High energy, team player and interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills are essential., Proven system analytical problem solving skills.
· Open and direct to recommend good idea to management on continuous upgrade and improvement of Service Organization.
· Able and willing to learning new technology and new skill.
· Process good communication skill both in Chinese and English
