Position: Application Scientist
Location: Shanghai
Territory: China mainland and Hong Kong
Report to: China Marketing Manager

Job Description:

1. Help direct sales team and distributors to plan and implement the sales/marketing activities in the specified territory to achieve and beat the annual sales target .
2. Organize marketing activities such as seminars, road show and tech communications with customers.

3. Develop and maintain good customer relationship, set up efficient communication channels, keep in close contact with customers and visit customers regularly according to the need of sales team.
4. Understand demand from customers and propose strategy to different customers

5. Ensure proper and timely submission of all regular reporting as required by the upper management level and any other functions as assigned by China Marketing Manager
6. Collect and reporting sales and market problem and propose the solution

7. Closely follow up with the market information including the competitor information and feedback to China Marketing Manager
8. Review technical documents and train sales team.

Requirements:

1. Master degree above of medicine or life science, over 2 years working experience on drug screening lab. Experience in drug screening lab of famous pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
2. Excellent teamwroking skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.

3. Strong planning, organization, analytical and prioritization skills
4. Demonstrated decision-making skills in a complex environment.

5. Flexibility, especially with regards to travel
6. Good written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.

7. High energy level; full work commitment and responsibility
8. Honest, integrity and excellent self management skills
