Position: Service Engineer

Responsibilities
The service engineer is the primary interface between sales and application organization. The job requires leading efforts and active participation of the following areas in China:
-Support the MD instrument installation and maintenance.
-Support the MD instrument warranty/out warranty service.
-Service Depot (Instrument service in Office).
-Assist sales and application to develop sales marketing
-Promote the service agreement for those out warranty case.
-Well document and report out-of-box quality and field service issues to US technical & service support organization
Experience:
-5 years instrument service experience and preferably field service experience
-Understand tools and service practices and resource relationships
-Good communication in spoken and written English
-Have knowledge in maintaining analytical machine
-Understanding of biological science is an advantage
-Good knowledge of computer skills
-Experience in multinational company is an advantage
