Responsibilities
職責：
• Implement China BSC and lab-freeze dryer Service Management System, be in charge of product installation, preventative maintenance, training and installed base setup in responsible territories, and quick response to service repaired requests from customer/distributors/sales teams.
    為在中國銷售的生物安全柜及實驗室凍干機產(chǎn)品提供服務，負責所屬區(qū)域產(chǎn)品的安裝、預防性維護、客戶培訓、代理商培訓等工作。對客戶、代理商及銷售的服務要求作出快速響應。
• Cooperate with the distributors' service team on the service activities such as product installation, validation，service repairs and installed base setup.
   配合代理商的售后服務隊伍，幫助進行產(chǎn)品安裝、驗證、維護等工作。
• Collaborate with sales, marketing team to follow up the marketing promotion activities, and assist sales team to achieve the sales objectives in responsible territory.
   配合銷售及市場部門完成市場推廣活動，協(xié)助銷售部門完成所屬區(qū)域的銷售任務。
•Cooperate with sales team and distributors to deal with the complaint from the customer,
   配合銷售及代理商處理客戶投訴。
• To establish service contracts with customers. And follow up on outstanding payments incurred by the customers after rendering service.
   負責售后服務合同的制定、履行及收款。
• To schedule, perform and monitor all preventive maintenance of instruments in the assigned area.
   計劃、執(zhí)行和監(jiān)管所負責區(qū)域所有設備的預防性維護。

Requirements/Qualification
資格要求
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics or Bioscience industries.
   工程、電子或生物技術(shù)相關專業(yè)本科學歷。
• High energy, team player and the ability to work under pressure.
   有活力、有團隊合作精神，能夠在壓力下工作。
• 1 year working experience in laboratory instrument installation and maintenance is a must.
   一年以上實驗室設備安裝及維修經(jīng)驗，如在生物安全柜及實驗室凍干機設備有相關經(jīng)驗更優(yōu)。
• Good communication and presentation skills to deal with service activities.
   良好的溝通及表達能力。
• Good service attitudes.
   良好的服務態(tài)度。
• Willing to travel frequently.
   適應頻繁出差。
• Good English skill in reading and writing.
   良好的英文閱讀及書寫能力。
