Position:  Application Scientist
Type:  Full time employee

Location:  Beijing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical and applications support to both internal and external customers both over the phone and at customer sites

• Review customer requirements, identify the appropriate product solutions, and communicate these recommendations to customers through verbal and written quotations (when appropriate)

• Troubleshoot existing applications investigating product failures or malfunctions / Determine Root Cause / Recommend Solutions

• When needed assist with new product beta/tollgate testing to ensure on time launch dates

-Provide product training to customers and distributors

-Provide the great demo to customer

Skill & Abilities:

Computer skill set must include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook along with the ablity to adapt and learn new software tools.

Ability to train internal and external customers in technical issues

Ability to analyze, prepare, and present data surrounding escalated technical issues

Experience:

- At least two year working experience in a lab or Bio tech company

- Experience in drug screening or microscopy preferred will be excellent

Education:

- Master degree in Cell biology, Molecular Biology or related disciplines

- Good command of English

- Good computer and translation skill
