Highlighting the Advantages of NativeMP™ Copolymers for Cryo-EM Optimization
 
We’re excited to announce the release of a new application note showcasing how NativeMP™ copolymers from Cube Biotech are transforming membrane protein research for cryo-EM applications. This joint effort between Cube Biotech, NanoTemper, and the Imperiali Lab (MIT) presents a streamlined workflow that integrates dynamic light scattering (DLS) and nanoDSF technology for efficient copolymer screening.

The application note demonstrates how the NativeMP™ Screening Kit simplifies the solubilization and stabilization of challenging membrane proteins, ensuring optimal nanodisc formation and protein stability. By using DLS and nanoDSF with the Prometheus Panta, researchers can rapidly identify the best copolymers, reducing both time and material needed for high-resolution cryo-EM studies.
